Company management not very good. Don’t work here unless you have to. But unemployment may actually be better.

Higher level leadership took over a bigger role and started making changes that are ruining the company internally. A person that is power hungry, their way or the highway, and a micromanager was put in charge and instantly started changing everything. They have single handedly ruined everything great about this company. Numerous employees including those that had been with the company for a very long time have quit due to the changes and they keep finding ways to make the job worse. Its like the goal was to intentionally run off as many of the employees as possible and run this place into the ground. They are succeeding in doing that. If you are starting here now, you wont know what you could have had so you may enjoy it. For those that were there over a year, they left or are leaving feeling completely taken advantage of, mistreated, and defeated.
