Since starting at Rendall & Rittner in 2018, I have progressed through 4 roles, which have mostly been possible due to the training and development resources available to employees.
The people are amazing and support is always available.

The industry is challenging but this is not specific to R&R.
R&R is a great place to work. The senior management team is fully engaged across all levels of the Business and, in line with its IIP Platinum status, it values, encourages and actively supports the development of staff.
Cons
None - would wholeheartedly recommend R&R as an employer of choice.
