Pros

Flexible company, always willing to listen, encouragement and support is always at hand. Pushing you to do more for yourself and wanting a chat over coffee is how they approach your progression. Work load is always high and challenging but there is always a hand to help no matter what the problem. The culture is all inclusive and senior members of the team reach out and do their part too. It’s a rare find! Feel respected and not afraid to speak out, feel that my point is always heard. Great annual leave and salary and bonus schemes! Never felt quite so at home.

Cons

Haven't found one yet but im sure there is something!

Pros

-You learn a lot across board/department which is good for career progression

Cons

-Overworked -Senior management act oblivious to the fact that it is near impossible to meet up with deadlines unless you work EXTRA hours EVERY day - Undervalued - Underpaid , I have been at the company for just under 5 years and there’s only been a company wide bonus once and it was meagre - No clear reward scheme /incentive - Colleagues always leaving so very disruptive and does not allow for good work flow - Everyone is stressed out

Pros

Well known in the industry as a corporate company so a good name to have on your CV. They do offer training that you can do at your own pace.

Cons

Can be hard to justify a step up even though you know you deserve it. Salary reviews and/or bonus are not reflective of the hard work that you do.
