Small size (if that's your thing)

From my point of view: There are no real leaders. The office culture is superficial and dysfunctional. There are unethical sales tactics at play.

Pros

stable company, good product, have forged good partnerships and good investors

Cons

pay, office culture is like a morgue, no sales training, high turn over. Different sets of rules for each employee. Paid one guy for 2 years and he worked 10-2 each day and rubbed it in everyones face. A bunch of wrench turners turned into "executives"

stable, learned a lot, used as springboard

Sales manager is shady, different rules for different people, no recognition for growing company by 900%, other employees aren't personable
