Pros

Positive reviews you can see only from sales and other domains not from development. Development is crap.

Cons

Please don't ever join it will affect your career because their is no growth. They are stuck using old technologies nothing new in development. Having a flawed product, and work is on maintenance product. You need to attend calls the entire night. PSO team is for fun.

There are no Pros. They make you work overtime

The management does have a clear understanding of concepts - people suffer and leave ...iteration rate is high - they take interviews and gain the knowledge from best candidates - record your interview without your consent - Expect you to answer out of scope question as related to your JD - when you are not answering, they find this as an excuse to not hire you Be careful, this is done to high potential recruits as they pose threat to the managers. i feel sorry for them, even HRs are aware of this practice, and they blame it on talent not available. This was the reason for me to leave as well

Pros

Product is good, but may have outlived its life as many substitutes have come up. If your boss is remote (Canada etc), you will have a lot more freedom to work and suits self starters very well. Unfortunately, their policies are not well defined and they shuffle or replace managers randomly.

Cons

Single product company, insists on all to follow the SAAS model, customers have no choice if they want to stick with these timesheets. If you get the wrong manager, particularly, the ones who are snobbish, stupid, and don't know a thing about account management or whatever profile you are handling you are in trouble. Company is always trying to cut costs and particularly with salaries of the employees. The company blindly believes its managers and does not check both sides of the story. They will blindly ask you to put in your papers or terminate you.
