Cons
I was sold a dream on this company. I believe this company can get to that point but for now they have to understand they have to have systems in place before they try to help clients. It’s unclear what you do everyday - when you start there should be a training book with website links, user name & passwords set for YOU ALREADY, your job description, code of conduct, dress code, harassment, NDA, a back ground on the company. If they do not do this and CLEARLY explain the job they will be shut down. It’s not that it’s that one part - it’s very unstructured. It’s like everything in the office is a secret they don’t explain just expect you to know. This is not a marketing company but in relations to public relations especially if the word is REPUTATION in it. Reputation is an image you hold for someone i think they should look into turning this into a public relations firm. The potential is there but people don’t wait on potential it’s either get it done or you are left behind. There was no orientation . The management team then aren’t really qualified as they have said and it showed. You have to hire people more qualified or over qualified to get you to the level you want to be. Not hiring people because you want to be the smartest in the room. They need to rebrand THE COMPANY FIRST! Merch, packets, systems, communication, it’s nothing but empty promises to the clients when the work can be done by anyone in the world. Especially with the systems used. I believe in this place but they need to understand you won’t get 1 big break to fix this fire. IT TAKES TIME! Re brand that company & you should see a change within 3-5 years . If things aren’t structured from inside and then out you’ll keep running into blocks in the road. It’s just like a baby they are ready to have this baby (amazing company ) but they need to understand just like a pregnant lady she has to go through months of the baby changing and forming before she can hold it. They need to look at this company as a baby but not even thought of yet still in planning stages. They say they support ideas but don’t execute them or they just walk over and want their own ideas but what they’ve failed to realize is that the plan they have ISNT WORKING!! Get it together quick from the inside or this won’t be here 2- 5 years
Pros
Great culture, super people, opportunities to learn and grow. The organization takes feedback seriously. They're committed to collaborative and results driven solutions to the challenges of the day. Servant leadership has been embraced and ownership sees themselves as providers of tools and resources not commands or controls.
Cons
As in any rapidly growing organization, change is not always appreciated or embraced. If you lack vision, flexibility, or self discipline, you likely won't enjoy it here.
