      Pros

      The motivation, encouragement, appreciation and lot of things trained for every employee with ability to work overtime for workaholic people like me. Missing every moment of my work life in RIM.

      Cons

      Closing down a best company where people would love to get recruited without any prior notice or suggestions/recommendations from employees who have given their utmost efforts and skills for the company was a very big disappointment for us especially me.
