Inconsistent Operations Support /Constant uncertainty
Pros
All recruiting team is fully remote, you run a full desk sales / recruiting, the individual team members are good people.
Cons
Where to even begin…. They give you 1 week of PTO that accrues- not even out right available. Payroll has messed up more checks than correct. I’ve had commissions deducted from my paycheck and funds not returned for a whole week. Others had to wait an entire week to recieve a late check, commissions are not paid out on time or correctly. Payroll will no ever respond to share final paystubs unless legal action is threatened. Without a PIP cut an entire team for under performing after losing a leader and having no support from top leadership to improve. Benefits are created on a “quoted” basis- they are not here. There is no HR person on the entire operations team- good luck getting answers about benefits, leave, or reporting any internal issues. Executive leadership seems like they are quick to make a decision when it makes money, fronts a facade to seem like a family and faith based company- when all that matters is the bottom dollar. FMLA is completely UNpaid. But don’t worry, you can use your one week of accrued pto… There is NO marketing support for the recruiting/sales team. If you do have the rare gift of having a conversation with the CEO he does not like to be told “no” or any insight into his idea that might highlight issues going forward. Operations team is spread thin and over worked to save money. But yet they are acquiring businesses…. And closing branches, and setting up franchises with little operations support. CEO hires people personally and does not even fire them himself.
