Resolver not great at IDC

Office in prime location so easy to reach. Will get good cyber security awareness.

Cons

Peanuts are much bigger than hikes. They are interested to increase variable pay instead of actual salary and terms & conditions applied Immediate layoffs if their sales graph down for one month. Don't believe in their 'best place to work' stories, which are not suitable to India. Pay scale not matching with market for existing employees. Many politics in particular old product management hierarchy. Micro management.
