No Pros: There's nothing different or extraordinary to mention.

Cons

- Fake Promises about increment at the time of joining. - Lowest wages across the industry. - Unprofessional behaviour of managers & HR. - You can get fired if you are not-agreed or questioning managers & HR. - No transparency among employees. - Politics at it's peak. - If you are a fresher and not able to get offers and submissions in starting month then you'll be asked to come in meeting and they secretly ask you to send resignation letter. -They act nicely from front but too much favouritism and dirty politics. - Unresponsive HR if you are genuinely asking questions. - Deduct employer part of EPF from employee's CTC which is illegal in India. - No proper tools/data to source candidates & they expect you to use Facebook/LinkedIn to get candidates. - Everyday you will be harassed to dial more calls in the same 100-200 resume for whole team.
