Pros
Sometimes pays very well, I got about market but some colleagues were very well compensated. Senior management are friendly and at least try to set a good culture.
Cons
Says they're a military friendly company, but refused to work with me on military training requirements. Forced to leave my unit. Management is extremely hands off, I saw my manager less than 10 times in 2 years.

The pay is every two weeks which is dependable, and their is compensation for educational resources.
Cons
Not much PTO accruing as you start out and all Medical Surgeries need to be diligently discussed with HR in order to avoid exhausting limited PTO.

They really take care of you. Pay you well and have excellent benefits. Great company culture.

Not the biggest fan of the locations of where the contracts are.
