Small business but you get to work big companies (huge partner of ring central). Great company morale.

Not much around in the area (downtown Oshawa)

Good Place to Start your Career, but dont stay too long

Pros

Located in downtown Oshawa itis very easy commute to.

Cons

Management does not care about you. Limited to no growth potential. Sunset industry. High turnover. Very low paying and almost no benefits. Monotonous unchanging day to day work. It is a good place to start your career or if you don't have many job options. Unfortunately there is no incentive to stay with the company, get your experience and get out.
