      A place will ruin your career

      Pros

      Good employee. They are friendly.

      Cons

      Every employee is afraid of being laid off. No creative there. CEO is really really useless. Every quarter for finance report, lay-off is a good tool to cover bad financial situation. For R&D, they do not know how to use funding. All machines do not work properly, which waste lots of money. POCT scanner is really old tech.

      Great coworkers, interesting projects, decent benefits and pay, latest CEO provided more transparency into the company situation than any I've ever encountered

      Cons

      Subject to the whim of Chinese markets, technology isn't the newest, no investors to keep funds for research going

      Pros

      Some of your coworkers are great, and with everyone worried about losing their jobs any given day there's some comradery.

      Cons

      The keep their operations cost down by firing people that know what they're doing, and replacing them with cheaper personnel. They lie to their customers about quality of product, often blaming the 'reader' for faulty cartridges. After working here, I would never buy their products.
