Pros

Overtime. Lots of it. Good place for a masochistic with no life and or sociopaths with no ambition.

Cons

This company and the management are some of the most depraved and inconspicuously greedy people you could hope to work for. Expect no set work hours and expect to work lots of them. The Owners Luke and Ryan have no qualms leading through intimidation and fear of job loss and this mentality extends throughout the hierarchy. Your direct supervisors will often order you to demo more than is required, send you to jobs that are hours away where no work is required, and direct you to set more equipment and for longer than necessary in order to benefit the company bottom line. Walk through their offices and you will see well dressed and happy employees but that is entirely because this small group of people ardently have no job aside from bureaucracy. Walk around back and you will tragically underpaid men wilting under constant intimidation, misuse of power and loooonnng work hours. Their number one value is urgency and that seems to be the only one in which they value. Just worked 8 hours pfft! You barely started! Get ready for calls at home on weekends and after hours to go to jobs that were sent in while you were still at work but hadn't been "processed " yet. Their supposedly Christian ethos is pure marketing and while they are abusing their employees by using phrases such as "you're all my little slaves" they unsurprisingly utilize subcontractors for reconstruction who are also underpaid and forced to work in the worst of conditions (a solid 1 inch of human waste, not kidding). Furthermore, these, largely non-English speaking, subcontractors are treated as dangerous and are the subject of much vile language behind office doors.

Terrible Place To Work

Pros

Great people to work with atleast most of them.

Cons

Terrible pay. Not enough for the work that you have to do. Upper management could care less about you. You do their job basically and also try to do your job description as well. Worked like a dog. You run 30-40 appointments. Very difficult to hit your commissions. Management makes more and hardly does anything.

Pros

This is a great place to learn the business. The culture is the best I’ve seen.

Cons

Work can bleed into your personal life. You need to know how to cut it off.
