Pros
The only good thing is that you would be working along with people who have also fallen in their trap.
Cons
Everything here is a con
RSi's office in India is a professional work environment with a vibrant workforce. Our talented technical professionals enjoy working on the latest technology and collaborating with each other and the global team.

Pros
If you are not at all dedicated and want to live a relaxed life without any work done or motivation, join this company.
Cons
Worked for less than a year here and can confidently say that the management and the company does not care about you. India office is new with no HR policies in place. There are no allowances for extra hours/working in shifts and they will suck the life out of you. The managers are toxic and will ruin your career to further their own.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Retail Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros
1. Flexible work timing :: You have to spend 8-9 hours in office .You have the flexibility to manage your timings accordingly.
Cons
1. No learning opportunities:: Most of the work is done in USA. Backend work or bug fixing is only done in Pune office. 2. Pathetic Leave policy :: They boast that they have no leave policy and anyone can take any amount of leaves as per Manager approval. But this is loop hole .Managers never approve leaves 3. Male centric mindset :: Pune office managers are mostly male and are totally biased towards male employees. Women employee's inputs are rejected . If a tiny new development miraculously comes to Pune ,its given to male employees. 4. Compensation :: Money is spent on executives/ CEO/CFO's travel throughout the world. When it comes to increments they say there is no money. 5. After office calls :: Apart from your 8-9 hours in office , you have to take hours long call after leaving as the calls are at odd hours.

Pune is our largest tech center in the world and is responsible for most development projects, not just back end and bug fixes. In addition to providing a generous leave policy, RSi requires that all employees in India take a MINIMUM of 21 days off per year, not including holidays.

Pros
Just the foosball table they have installed in the India Office.
Cons
RSi is a fraud company which started its office in India just a year back. I was working in a reputed MNC when this people reached to me. They offered me a higher salary and I was not thinking straight so I took that offer. I was working for 6 months there and once I was near the end date of my probation period, they forced me to resign and as asked me to leave the same day. It would be hard for anyone to find job in such small amount of time. I made huge mistake and God helps if the same happens with you! So if you love your career, please don't join this company!!!Peace out!

Pros
Well, I joined close to 10 months, most of the new people are of the same experience. I will be very specific to what should or should not be considered while joining. If suppose I am looking for a job and donot have any, you can join this. If you have great SQL exposure, then also you can join this. The culture from outside is really friendly. It's inside when you work there for a while there is a lot of politics, but the politics is more like a blame game. Do believe the bad reviews, cause it can cost you your career. I am writing this review because joining this organization has been my worst decision ever and I would not want anyone else to suffer this. In Jan 2019: 20+ people layoffs happened from US office. And, they were important people. if you will check most people including higher management, have resigned before 1 year. I am pointing the facts. RSi is a sinking ship. Please take a careful decision while thinking to join it.
Cons
RSi India: is a small office without any cab facilities. They donot provide any laptops and even if you are late like 9-12 pm, no one will be bothered about your safety or commute. ( I am not blaming anyone, that's how it is). Coming to work: RSI is a data related company so, anyone who is thinking they can get work mainly on API, Selenium with Java or Python, please understand every company works according to there business. Most things are manual and automation uses RIDE framework(Read about it instead getting a shock on your first day) Mainly, you will be working on SQL. The end result for many applications are either data loading (without Informatica) or making the correct reports similar to BI reports. If you are alright to work on the same, please go ahead. There is one more con: this is a small organization and your hierarchy will never change. Hence, How many projects you change, if you have trouble with you manager, it will always affect you. One more thing: People have been bullied if they try to leave the organization before 1 yr. Either they are asked to pay 1-2 months salary or serve 3 months. Read your offer letter carefully

Pros
Good jump on salary and roles
Cons
Forget about who are you and what are you doing for ??? .... all in all you are nothing in front of Management. I will never recommend this company to anyone to join even if they offer you 1000% hike. Before joining everything is perfect and sweet but mark my words once you are in --- feel like a hell .... you are in the Jail. From first day /week itself if Lady management tell you that your are nothing for them , your performance is really bad and will kick you out and going to fire you what a harassment/treatment giving to new joiner ??? spoiled my whole carrier. In my entire carrier none of the person/management I meet who treated like this to full time employee. Ethically worst.
