This company needs to learn a lot more about the real estate industry and then pick a market niche - you can't be all things all people - you end up being nothing to everyone. Then to build a relevant product, dig themselves out of the enormous technical debt, and turn their churn rate around substantially. On an annual based subscription model, you need your clients to re-sign. CEO is totally absent. Employees don't hold much stock. There isn't a real drive for success. When decisions are made they are done so hastily without much thought behind them. You can see even from this Glassdoor page, it's like a war zone. Every time an employee speaks honestly about their experience, either the HR person or another 'anonymous' post backlashes. Gives you a good idea of the temperament here. In a city full of tech start ups, you have so many choices. Do your homework. If you do choose to interview here, ask the questions, ask to see numbers, be diligent.

Pros

It's such a small company the only pro I can think of is that your work impacts the outcome of the company daily. and the office (ATX factory) is cool, but currently in a lawsuit.

Cons

Everything. If you're considering joining this company, RUN! The founder, Vijay Mehra, decided he wanted to get involved with the company again early 2017 and found a reason to fire / push out 90% of the company. The only ones that he left were too new to have an allegiance with the CEO, Greg, or ones he couldn't function without. Soon there after, all the smart ones quit. Vijay has ZERO direction for the company. Customers are canceling left and right. It's only a matter of time before this company closes it's doors.
