      Innovative, smart engineers who were helpful

      Some groups were proprietary and tended to close their minds and make unrealistic assumptions about how manufacturers really work and what they need to get things done.

      This startup was made up of some of the best people I've worked with over my career.

      Cons

      After raising $100M to $150M in funding, Rethink had so much potential. But the company was eventually acquired for its assets, such as IP and inventory, and then let go of the entire staff and closed down.
