My fellow employees became my friends (learnt a lot from each other, looked out for each other) Learnt a lot of technologies in a short span of time Had good mentors There was a drink bar for sundowners on Fridays There were learning opportunities
Cons
Drinking wasn't moderated properly Management was awful - HR was badly organized, managers were a negative influence on morale and behaviour Getting a salary review or promotion was difficult and tiring The interview process is questionable - in a few cases certain people were hired with false accreditation or extremely poor social skills
