Amazing talent. Unmatched retention for the game development industry. Competitive pay. Continually re-focused production pipelines. Flexible work hours. Excellent opportunities to work on world-renowned intellectual properties.

Cons

Interfacing with partners overseas can muddy the rate of rapid iteration. Some workflows still need more optimization/automation (though this continues to improve).
