Stay Far Away

Pros

The company has potential to do well and can teach you a lot in a small period of time. Good hours and location. Connections with clients can be rewarding.

Cons

Based on my experience the CEO is the absolute worst. Talks down to staff constantly and has zero respect for others. The unprofessionalism is unbearable and uncomfortable. It's difficult to feel valued here since there is such little pay and benefits not to mention incentives for sales. Hard to stay motivated and to exceed with little-no return. And if you do exceed its never recognized or celebrated. Turnover rate is ludicrous and company morale is low. Save yourself the stress and stay far away don't be fooled.
