      Pros

      Hybrid work environment, great collaboration, honest people and great leadership. Feels connected even with people everywhere. It is a very open and inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Deadlines can cause late hours, its a growing company so processes are in flux. It is improving and there is a focus on work life balance.

      Management wants the appearance of listening, exciting work

      Cons

      pretty small and limited in service growth and clients, desire to be a "cool" and "progressive" firm gets in the way, attract the same type of people. Remote work can be hard to connect with other employees even for projects.
