      Fraud company, salary issue

      almost nothing, this is not a company. this just look like a company but this is a BIG BIG FRAUD.

      extended working hours salary issues never gives relieving and exp letter Hi, I have been worked with Revolute Soft Solutions for few months. They never gave me any offer letter saying "Any kind of letter will be provided only after the completion of 3 months". After completing 1 month in the company, the fired me and never gave me a single penny as a salary. I joined this company on 19-06-2013 as a web designer. I have not much experience in this field. So, I just joined this company on all the conditions by this company. On 31st of July, I had be appear in an exam, so I just asked for a half day leave, they didn't granted it, in fact I already told them about this exam before 1 week ago. Finally the let me go for the exam after a long discussion. Right after a day of this incident, my grandmother passed away. So I just need to leave for my native village for few days. I informed my company, HR team, my manager and my colleagues regarding the same. HR told me that your leave can not be granted. I said, it's urgent as I was supposed to be there in my village at this time. They agreed for that. After 1 week, I got an email stating, YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITH OUR COMPANY IS TERMINATED, as you are on uninformed leave from last 7 days and you are not in the contact on phone. But HR had been had a call on my phone right before this email. I talked to them, then they said that you can come and take your salary and you are not employee of this company anymore. After finishing the ANTIM-SANSKAR of my grandma, I visited back to this company for my salary. They sai, If you want your salary of 1 month, you need to work there for 57days more, as you have been absent for 19 days and every absent will be counted for 3 working days. I was really surprised. I strongly not recommend this company to be joined for any employee. They are big big fraud. I called my friends working right there, and then they told me that this happened with many employees here in this company. THEY ARE BIG BIG FRAUD. BEWARE OF THEM!!

      Worst Company Experience — Unprofessional Management, Illegal Practices, and Career-Damaging

      Honestly, there are no real pros to working here except that you might meet some good colleagues who are also looking to leave soon.

      Cons

      The company is involved in promoting betting and gambling websites (similar to Parimatch, 1xBet, etc.). Recruitment process is misleading; you are hired for a voice or sales profile but end up doing irrelevant work. The so-called "training" is not useful at all — it includes making random puzzles, role-playing gambling scenarios, and preparing daily presentations unrelated to the actual job role. No proper salary structure: salaries are paid through different bank accounts or even Google Pay, without official salary slips. No genuine work experience can be shown in your CV; reputed companies do not recognize employment at Revolute Software. Highly unprofessional management, especially managers like Siddharth and Yogi, who treat employees poorly and behave disrespectfully toward female staff. Tasks assigned during training are not related to sales work — such as manually finding operator details for random phone numbers. Toxic work culture filled with office politics, favoritism, and daily conflicts. Employees are relocated to Dubai under false promises, with salaries below minimum wage and illegal practices like confiscating passports and original mark sheets. No proper working hours or shifts — employees are overworked and penalized for even small things like logging out 2 minutes early. Unrealistic daily targets with almost no incentives (max ₹2,000/month). No holidays for any festivals or events unless you fight for an optional leave, which is rarely approved. Extremely poor work-life balance and constant mental stress.

      Pros

      If there had been any pros, I would never have submitted this review. I left the job without salary and without completing one year just because these guys treated me like a machine.

      Cons

      They treat their employees as low-class people, get them to work overtime, deduct their salary often on coming late (even five minutes) but never consider the overtime in return. They never pay the salary on time and are still a defaulter in paying the salaries of their ex-employees.
