Pros

The final product is beautiful and something you can be proud of. Pay is decent if certain people like you. Lighting dept has good management.

Cons

High stress, up to 24 hour shifts with no little to NO breaks. Breaks are very rare so pack snacks. As a driver you will be forced to break DOT laws by working long physical hours and driving afterwards. You are expected to work 12+ hours and then return a couple hours later CONSISTANTLY(ie. 5pm-5am and finish up from 8am to 4pm). They will burn you out! Unreliable employees will have you working way harder than you could imagine. The same unreliable employees remain on the schedule. Work life balance is non existent. You're ON call however sometimes your weekly schedule will be posted but subject to change. You're always on your toes with when you may or may not be working. If you want a raise or a chance to move up with the company you'd better be ready when they say jump. There are problems with any business but at Revolution they are constantly magnified and from the top on down.

Pros

The people you work for. Not al of them but you stick it out due to your brothers in arms

Cons

They do everything under one roof. Tremendously bad pay. Worst per diem I’ve ever gotten. Took me over a year to get the “owner guy” to finally do them. He said 3 negative comments two of which were untrue, not a single but of praise. The mans a bit of a hippie and drinks a lot no respect for any employee except hit pet Max a PM. They will over work you. I hit overtime in less that 2 days basically. The burn through operation managers even last one was ok. Laid off all the core employees due to Covid and didn’t even bring them back. Erin the owner I’m sure can be nice but she will always look at u like a peon. You have to pay for company attire too. Will not pay for lift certifications. They do not want to invest in their imployees
