Pros
Because there aren't enough people to do the work needed to keep the company moving forward, there is little to no micromanagement. Pay was decent and I liked the daily ins and outs of my previous position. Just not some of the upper management.
Cons
Upper-managment is too busy with trivial meaningless minutia to focus on paying their employees correct hourly wages in a timely manner. Safety is also not a priority. A lot of talking but not a lot of doing.

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits (free health plan!!). Our Leadership Team really does care about their employee. You are treated like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. If you apply yourself and show up to your scheduled shift, you'll go somewhere.
Cons
Revolv is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful at times. But, a growing company always means better opportunities and added benefits.
