      Pros

      - Cool office - Some skilled colleagues (it is decreasing a lot though) - Had once a great dynamic

      Cons

      - Very hard to grow internally - management prefer to recruit external people instead of promoting their own employees - Salary below average - Lots of internal politics from some people - Management team not as smart as they think they are - Bad technology choice (useless engineering team, the company was working fine with the old stack and the tech choices are not paying off) - Shady way of firing people - CEO pressuring former employees - Most of the early employees that made the company great are not there anymore. Either fired, or they left by themselves.

      Very very international team. Great technologies. Possibility to travel a lot. Flat hierarchy. Team autonomy. Fantastic location in Brussels. Now in a sustainable financial situation. Good spirit in the office.

      Not expanding fast (this is subject to change at any moment).

      Very transparent, collaborative and international culture ; focus on results rather than on efforts ; engaged management team ; plenty of smart and talented people ; lots of challenges to deal with (including playing the kicker...)

      Cons

      This is really the kind of company you want to work for in the 21th century !

      - Work-Life balance is a bit better than some Analytics companies

      Cons

      - Sheer racism (You are appreciated if you are European, among Europeans, the French take all the sweet spots) - No clarity and vision -Vague understanding of Analytics among the team members - Product Managers know nothing about leadership - No career path

      Pros

      A really dynamic and commited team with whom it's a pleasure to work ! Everyone is deeply involved and passionate about their work. The ambiance is open-minded and funny so it's a real pleasure to work there.

      Cons

      I think the main downside to RealImpact Analytics is that somethings are still disorganized. The guidance and training for the juniors has still to be completely figured out
