RumbleOn is a company that has so much potential, given its age and the motivation behind a majority of the people there. However, that potential is ruined by upper management being overly tolerant of toxic members. While management has claimed to care about the employees within the company, their refusal to take action against core problems begs to differ.
On multiple occasions, upper management was given every reason in the books to handle these problems. When a collection of people can all unanimously agree on something, that should be taken seriously and considered. However, management has shown that they're willing to turn a blind eye instead of taking action to cultivate a healthy and professional atmosphere. In other words, it's all talk and no action. At RumbleOn, you can expect to work long hours with very little recognition of what you contribute, angry emails at all hours of the night, being aggressively yelled at and insulted, and be a part of a dramatic, high school like environment. If you're someone that actually wants to use their PTO, stay clear. Regardless of using your earned PTO, you will still be expected to work and will be verbally attacked if you do not answer your emails. When a company is unwilling to consider the complaints of its workers and would rather risk losing talented people to protect the toxic members, you know it's not a company you want to be a part of.
This is disappointing. RumbleOn has all the bells and whistles to become something great. However, because the company is unwavering on keeping certain members in a position of power, they will never be able to hold onto the members that can help it reach success. If you want to work in an environment that involves drama, verbal insults, child-like temper transoms, and unethical practices all in the name of success, RumbleOn is right up your alley. If you're looking for an environment rich in team work, creative collaboration, professionalism, and respect, stay as far away as possible.
Side note: As can been seen from the reviews on this page, almost all reviews were completed in the same day. This is due to some upper management creating potential financial incentives so that employees would write the reviews. Because of this, you should take the reviews on this page with a grain of salt.
