Good to study the glassdoor reviews that have more “helpful” 👍🏻 Pantry is nice with monthly staff treats as a reward to staff.
Cons
There are serious concerns about the senior HR person and an another department manager often seen wearing matching shoes/attire. It’s quite obvious and gives an impression of favoritism. Management should look into this. The HR also comes across as unprofessional, rarely backs employees but at the same time doesn’t seem to care much about the company’s interests. Only protecting their own interest. Most HR issues and decisions end up being push to other department managers, which is unfair and very concerning.
