- interesting projects with big user reachout - quite nice company culture - working tempo was pretty loose - not much of a stress (most of the time)

Cons

- there might be periods of time when the work can be time consuming - high/higher management had a tendency to jump into sprints/releases and reshuffle priorities - not competetive salary (I was working in tech. part of the company)
