The fact is that the CEO has a behavior like a child who throws a tantrum when the projects is not going according to his plan, and the company’s middle and top management are all made up mainly of people are inexperienced and who only cater to his ego and tendencies. Many people get hired remotely, because they couldn't find very experienced people in Sweden who would trust to work in this place. Projects are a mess. Round of layoffs yearly or twice a year is to be expected. Red flags everywhere when it comes to toxic work environment.

As long as Bastian owns this company, i do NOT reccomend working here. He rand the company into the ground and filed for banrupcy jsut to legaly downscale the company. He sold the company to another one of his own companies. STAY AWAY.
