Pros

I've been working at the company for 9 months now, and during this time, I can confidently say I made the right choice and have no intention of changing it. The company meets all the important criteria for me: A strong corporate culture that fosters growth and ensures every voice is heard. The use of the latest technologies and practices. Opportunities for growth within the company. Social benefits: insurance, paid vacations, and sick leave. The option to work remotely or in a hybrid format. Support for employee well-being: mental health programs, a gym, and more.

Cons

The downsides are typical for many large companies, which I would rather not focus on.
