Pros

Good for people who want to have flexible work hours and who doesn't want to learn much and grow and doesn't care if fired

Cons

1. Clueless Managers - Managers who come to office for the sake of salaries 2. Frequent layoffs - hire and fire is their honest policy 3. No serious learning happens here and it will be a big blow to your career 4. It doesn't have it's own payroll in India but claims to hire as RiskSense

Pros

HRs are the CEOs advisors here. So, you can easily predict when is your turn to get fired! It gives you all the experience/learning on what kind of companies you should avoid for rest of your career

Cons

1. There is no professional environment in offices 2. HRs think they rule the company here. Communicates wrong info with management 3. For some reason this company can't resist smart people, that explains a lot about this company 4. Asks recently joined employees to give reviews on glassdoor!!! 5. "Technical" product managers don't understand "Technology" 6. "Product" managers don't understand the "Product" 7. Conveys false information in the quarterly meetings about the state of the company 8. Does not appreciate and recognise people for the hardwork (this is the worst) 9. Does not compensate for overtime work
