Cons

No support from management. Almost all people except crownies of management team are frustrated to the core to leave the company. You will not get hike if you are honest and hardworking. Bucketing is important. Career destroyer management. No recognition only slog and slog. you will go mad slogging. Many more to list down.

Lot of insiders are running business with the same products. Lot of corruption. good example of disrespect at work, lot of abusive language among the employees.
