Riverbed Technology is currently in a big transition moving away from their previous hardware based network acceleration business to SaaS based Unified Observability space with lot of challenges to overcome and lot of new things to learn as you grow up with the company. If you’re kind of person who is looking for a challenge in a relatively smaller company and have a chance to grow both technically and functionally. Right now Riverbed’s for you.

On-time Salary Good IT Infra Non-Indian staff showed better gestures. Good Technical backlog only reason to stick.

No Empathy, No Work-Life Balance. After n rounds of interview, HR and the Team will continue to examine you and your integrity. Hostile Environment, no new staff all old people (min. 5 yrs.) Expecting you to be productive from day one. I saw only resignation mails after my joining. Very less headcount in India and they expect you to deliver everything in a day like machines, because few abroad coders( more than 8 years in company) do so. The behavior of HR and Managers is mostly rude and always try to low your confidence.
