      Pros

      Nothing except the fact that I could say that I had a job and it brought me income. Some people were friendly but most were putting on fronts

      Cons

      Salary is awful, "not my job" mentality, everything else about the organization is terrible. They put people into management positions that don't deserve it and don't know what they're doing and successfully run an entire department into the ground

      Pros

      What they are doing for the elderly is just what they need. At the building I work at they work with your scheduled and while things are uncertain at the moment it is hassle free when you need to request time off.

      Cons

      Communication is bad. usually your clients end up finding out things before you do. unorganized and weak structure. you cold get a manager that listens and let you know what they can or cant do or you can get one who acts like they listen to get you out of there office.. its a 50/50 shot, its a shame the way they lose good people that could potentially keep the company afloat.

      Favoritism Runs Rampant

      Pros

      It's Riverside. Training was excellent. Compensation seemed fair, benefits were a joke. The residents at the long-term care facility I was at are awesome.

      Cons

      Management. Attitudes. Favoritism. Promotions are lacking. There is no true open door policy. Anything you say in confidence is usually held against you.
