      Pros

      A fun atmosphere, always received praise for a job well done.

      Cons

      There were 3 C-Level personnel who owned the company while I worked there. And far too many Directors/Managers. A very top heavy company. No room to grow.

      Good news now, there is only once C person remaining and everyone seems to be much happier but I am biased :)
