      The clients; some co workers and supervisors; can be a lot of downtime; possibly free meals; fun outings or trips; allowed to sleep 4 hours each overnight; overtime

      Cons

      Some lazy co workers-good workers are often taken advantage of; listening to gossip especially at staff meetings; at times certain clients can be aggressive or insubordinate; compensation is not good- depending on overtime can burn you out quickly

      Individuals and direct care staff are wonderful.

      Cons

      Senior management has no accountability. Staff never evaluate the management, and complains go un-attended...Quality Control just buries complaints, and protects senior management. The same Senior management staff have many serious complaints filed against them but they are never held accountable...Staff keep quitting. Directors consistently hold "meetings" and "trainings" that are useless time wasting, draining the company of resources, While staff don't even get to leave for lunch...and are constantly micromanaged. Administrators do not follow ANY ethical guidelines and treat valuable staff terribly.
