      Nice people in the firm overall and nice office perks

      Cons

      Bad tax management. Favoritism. Many different management styles conflicting one another and it is not good for the staff group. They tend to limit you and it’s hard to move up

      Pros

      Sufficient amount of work, professional and nice office building, free snacks. Since there's low staff there's room to advance in the company. Occasional team building/social events with other 2 offices.

      Cons

      Inefficient work processes, they use ProSystem fx instead of Lacerte. Some processes can be streamlined. There’s a general lack of communication, camaraderie and respect between management and staff.
