Pros
-Work hours 8:30-5 -Able to provide insight and point of view on website enhancements -Opportunity to make more than the base salary -Competitive environment -Benefits -Gain knowledge of industry -Flexible in getting time off
Cons
-Office is a run-down trailer attached to the old steel plant -Micro-managed -Slow company network, actually had to bring in my own laptop and internet connection to get things done in a timely manner -No room for advancement -When hired, I was told it was realistic to earn double my salary when there ultimately was zero chance of that happening -Had the ability to work from home, but only did a couple times -High turnover, if you can't make alot of cold calls, then don't waste your time -The technology, the way business is operated, and product range prevent you from making any money
