Pros

People are well-grounded. Stable company. Good company for a starter and for exposure as you will be exposed to a lot of work that will help you be more equipped and experienced. If you want career growth, this is a good company to start with.

Cons

No special perks or benefits e.g. employee discounts, rewards or bonus. Medicine allowance is 750 pesos and given once a year only. Office is very traditional looking making it feel like it lacks positive vibe.

Pros

You'll learn a lot if this is the first company you will be working for. It's like an accelerated Master's program. You get to be exposed to a lot of tasks and responsibilities. The environment is very fast-paced but the culture is very homey. You'll meet a lot of good folks in your day-to-day transactions. Promotions are quick to come by as long as the employee is deserving of the promotion. They don't look at your age or seniority to get promoted.

Cons

At some point, the salary doesn't compensate for the insane workload. Promotion increase is usually quite low, and employee has no way to negotiate or request any additional increase. Employee benefits are only for employees. Like in HMO, additional dependents' cost is out of the employees' pocket. You are also expected to work long hours. Though there are options as to what shift an employee can take, it's still 9.6 hours that you have to spend day in and day out. It's exhausting and really no time to unwind after. There's a yearly increase but is percentage-based which doesn't really move the needle, especially for low-earning employees.
