1. Extremely unprofessional people, senior flirts with employees openly, makes them feel uncomfortable, no one to complaint about it, because all senior management is same! 2. Frauds, they offer you offer letters and then terminate you anytime, cook up false reasons based on manipulated data, terminate you on their own terms and conditions! 3. Manager is very rude, unprofessional and takes decision on personal grievance. 4. WIFI doesn't work, electricity runs out all the time, very poor infrastructure. 5. They deceive you by offering a good package but actually bring you, make you work for 6 months on internship for 10k salary and then kick u off stating unreasonable reasons. 6. Office location is very unsophisticated (outskirts of Jaipur) , with very few opportunity to find a place to live around. 7. The upper floor is under construction and whole day the banging and construction sound makes you bang your head against the wall. 8. NO proper training or KT, you are supposed to learn and understand yourself about the whole product and code, they provide 0 training. 9. They hire interns the whole year and kick them off as soon as the time starts to pay them full salary. 10. Not a place to learn, or have knowledge. 11. Every decision is taken verbally, either of termination or anything, dont provide any written application so that employee has no proof supporting his employee rights. 12. Total disappointment and regret of choosing this company, 13. Very unprofessional people, heavy drinkers, office parties are all about booze and heavy drinking! 14. Threaten you to resign yourself and leave company otherwise they will terminate you stating false reasons.

The worst management system, actually no management. CEO treats employees as Low paid slaves. No gratitude towards employees. The office leaks during the rainy season. No WFH policy. They don't let you change ca temperature also.
