Flexible hours People are always eager to help Plenty of room to grow in the company
Cons
If you’re not a fan of a fast paced working environment this is not for you. The company is always innovating and looking for new ways to teach and as instructors we must adapt.

Work is based around set class times of either 1 or 2 hours Trained on product and shadow a class before teaching on your own Can increase hourly pay if you train and pass the tests of each product
Cons
Communication is sometimes slow between employees and instructors
