Some months following opening a new office and mass hiring , the company started laying off people and ending contracts. Financial struggles, Clients ending partnerships. even cofounders are leaving. Recruitment team environment very toxic

- Friendly people - If you like parties, they have good ones - Culture might be a good fit for some people, but definitely not for everyone

Cons

- Unqualified, inexperienced and toxic leadership (my experience was at RocketRevenue) - Overall toxic environment - Chaos and lack of project management - Junior people are hired and their “expertise” is sold to clients - Lack of professionalism
