Pros

service managers and branch managers do so much to please upper management, i worry for them

Cons

so many moving parts. if share holders have a bad year branch managers and service managers get the pressure from regional visits and the companies future on their shoulders. i worry for our SM that has survived 3 new teams. 7 days a week SM works at my branch to stay a float of upper management demands, while keeping the team together, new team ,branch manager, and service manager to help him but threats of shrnking branch has him juggling all since he has the relationships with his technicians and commercial points of contact.

Pros

There is a good amount of money to be made even with little to no experience

Cons

Others were allowed to stay longer because either a male manager wanted to sleep with them or someone else in management liked them. It has little to do with performance.

Pros

getting a paycheck is about it.

Cons

Men must wear a tie and no facial hair- stuck in the 50's. Obsolete. Do you want Pest Control on Black Friday- or Are you thinking about that during the Thanksgiving Holiday? Rollins you must work black friday. Same with the day after Christmas if it falls on a weekday. Really Gary Rollins? * Ignorant upper and middle IT management Obvious lack of higher education and managerial experience among upper IT management. Bullies and predators * Obviously planning to outsource IT constantly driving good people away * Obsolete systems - * Nepotism and favoritism are the rule within IT. Which leads to a very scared and dissatisfied workplace. Not judged by your skills, only thing that matters is to be liked by the right people.
