      Pros

      The company has an amazing culture. It really is more than words on a wall. They use their values in the interview process, coaching, and OKRs. The CEO makes tough decisions to hold to the values and it's pretty awesome. I've never worked somewhere that the company truly cares about it's employees like this.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and parking is tight if you don't come in early. It's a short walk to more parking though.
