When you are in the trenches you will meet some incredible colleagues. That’s it.

Cons

Poor below market salaries, excessive workload, zero benefits, toxic culture, senior management is actually a complete joke. Company acts like a start up on shoestring budget when it comes to actually compensating employees but has budget to spend flying leadership around to basically be mouth pieces.

Poor leadership team that say they care but 100% don’t! Embarrassing that they recruit crazy numbers because they churn employees as much as they churn clients. Poor support for clients and staff. Zero care for Covid restrictions and when you challenge them on an unsafe workplace, you either get sacked or sorted at. Bugs in the system constantly, about two developers working on a ton of projects yet recruit more and more sales pop people to sell something that has got worse over time
