Small company, some pretty decent co-workers
Cons
No separation from work , pretty dysfunctional management, no HR, no retirement or benefits for about a year after hiring. Time tracking and meeting methods too up way too much time. Insane always shifting schedule. They trust their lawyers over their own employees. A fear environment and rotating door... Experienced employees fired on a whim forcing others to cover and re-do existing work.
