1.Good office policies. 2.Good friendly environment 3.Onsite client interactions 4.Salary on time

Cons

1.Heavy politics. 2.Person to person dependent policies. 3.Any time fire with pathetic childish reason. 4.Heavy micromanagement even keep track of your washroom breaks. 5.No technical as well as responsibility growth. 6.Stuck in same role like forever. 7.Pune development/test managers doesn't know how to drive technical projects/products, they are more interested in your personal life. 8. Managers have their own policies, they pretend like it's their own company.

Pune it management act like a supervisor only

The only good thing is Work life balance. So if u do not want to do anything join this company :)

Cons

1. IT management has no idea where to go and so going into multiple direction but not reaching anywhere. 2. Pune it management is working as a supervisor only. They don't have their own thoughts and only farwording the directions given by US team. 3. Pune team is using all the latest and top paid tools but neither have that skill sets to work with those nor have any jeal to learn those. 4. Most of the employees are working there for more than 10 years so lot of office politics (I have not seen that much of politics in lower level employees anywhere else.)
