I have been working with Route4me as a Customer Success agent for more than 3 years now and I really feel blessed and proud that I work with a team that is not only professional but at the same time empathetic for their employee's needs. This combination is not easily found... so it is a blessing for sure! We are paid quite competitively and always on-time. The product offered by Route4me is great and a must-have for all types of logistic companies and the best part is that we are growing on a daily basis, which brings in chances for everyone to grow along. The founders of the company are visionary, innovative, and knowledgeable. They lead the team in a very professional way and make sure not only their customers but the employees succeed as well. Thank you, Route4me!

Career Stagnation and Compensation: The absence of growth opportunities and stagnant salaries for over two years is a grave concern. A failure to address this issue promptly not only jeopardizes employee satisfaction but also paints our company as one that is indifferent to the professional aspirations of its workforce. Understaffing Consequences: The recent termination of staff without replacements has resulted in an overwhelming burden on existing employees. This unsustainable situation not only hampers productivity but also reflects poorly on our ability to manage and support our workforce adequately. Communication Breakdown: The abysmal state of communication channels has left employees uninformed about crucial changes to our product and other vital company updates. Urgent measures are required to rectify this communication breakdown and foster a more transparent and accountable culture.
