The culture is not good under the new ownership. It used to be a business that I was 100% emotionally invested in because I was cared about and my voice was heard; good ideas were implemented no matter where they came from & if they were not, you understood why. Now everything is handled in closed-door committees. People are forced to live with the policies that are decided on by a few. Many of the long-time loyal staff members are now looking elsewhere for employment. The management and producers are treated as separate classes with strict boundaries between duties thus putting ridged lines between who will do what work & making give and take team-work difficult.
