Pros

I see a company that is near a break through. What I mean is this facility (they have three in Az) is ready to pop into something big. They need more automation but can see where they are headed. I FEEL the future is bright for this organization. Gridiron seems to be a great fit for the investment end of this organization.

Cons

There are some draw backs to working here like any other company. 1) it is hot and dusty 2) I don’t FEEL certain management appreciate there operators. Compensation not what it should be. 3) only two breaks in a 12 hour shift (they don’t have to give any but it’s in there best interest to add a break) 4) when investment group took over they might had done better by replacing High management. Those that are stuck in there ways are holding back this company. It may not be seen in there meetings but it is certainly seen on production floor.

Pros

Its a job, thats about it

Cons

Leadership lacks direction completely. Turnover rate at 80%. Disorganization of the highest degree. Warehouse is a sauna in the summer, no AC.
